W. Douglass Larson (Doug) - President
Doug Larson has served as President and founder of Suntech for over twenty-five years. Doug has thirty years of commercial and industrial construction experience. He is a proud graduate of The University of Houston, having earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. Doug’s strong belief in the Golden Rule, treating others as you would like to be treated, has been the guiding business philosophy of Suntech. Doug is a Life Member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and also serves on the Board of Directors of TOMAGWA Health Care Ministries. He is an Associate Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a member of The Texas Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association.
Stephanie Goldsby – Vice President/Controller
Stephanie joined the Suntech team in 2006. She brings to Suntech over seventeen years in Controller related experience as well as twenty years of experience in accounting and general business management. Stephanie graduated with Honors (Summa Cum Laude) from LeTourneau University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management.
Susan Martin – Vice President/Senior Project Manager
Susan has been a valued member of the Suntech team since 1998. She is based in the New Braunfels Suntech office. Susan has over twenty five years of project management experience in commercial construction. She has proudly served and built long term relationships with clients such as, AmREIT, H-E-B, ExxonMobil, Stripes/Susser, JP Morgan Chase, Carl’s Jr. Restaurant, Jack in the Box, Diamond Shamrock, Buc-ee’s and CVS Pharmacy. Susan holds a degree in Construction from Texas A&M University.
Toby Landry – Project Manager
Toby joined Suntech in 2007 as Project Manager in the Houston office. He brings to the Suntech team over eighteen years of experience in commercial and residential construction. Toby has served the following clients: JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Jack in the Box, Carl’s Jr. Restaurant and numerous other individually owned commercial projects. Toby is OSHA, CPR and First Aid Certified. He attended Nicholls State University in Louisiana. ent.
Peter J. Clark – Project Manager
Peter returned to the Suntech team in 2011. Peter had previously served as Project Manager with Suntech from 1993-2001. Peter brings to Suntech over eighteen years of commercial construction experience. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design, Architectural Studies from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University. Peter holds certification in the OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour safety certifications. He also serves as the Scoutmaster of Troop 928 – Prince of Peace Catholic Church.
