OUR STORY:

After three decades of successfully building relationships through construction, Suntech has launched Suntech Realty Services to provide real estate brokerage and development services to clients throughout Texas and surrounding states. We believe the Suntech Realty platform will enable us to better serve Suntech’s clients by helping clients with purchasing, selling, and developing properties to add to their portfolios.


OUR SERVICES:

Suntech Realty provides brokerage representation to buyers and sellers of commercial real estate. We specialize in:

  • Site selection
  • Disposition (selling) of income-generating assets with a focus on convenience stores and self-storage facilities
  • Land sales

Suntech Realty provides real estate development services on a selective basis. We specialize in single tenant net leased properties.


OUR TEAM:

W. Douglass Larson (Doug) – President

DougDoug Larson has served as President and founder of Suntech for over thirty years. Doug has more than thirty years of commercial and industrial construction experience.

In addition to operating Suntech since 1985, Doug has pursued his passion for commercial real estate. Doug has operated both as a broker and principal in commercial real estate transactions, with specific experience in self-storage and convenience stores.

Doug is a proud graduate of The University of Houston, having earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, and a Life Member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. He also serves on the Board of Directors of TOMAGWA Health Care Ministries, is an Associate Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and a member of The Texas Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association. He is a licensed broker in Texas.


Richard Bills – Senior Director

Rich 4Richard Bills has been active in Commercial Real Estate and Construction for over 40 years. He was the Manager of New Construction for Compaq Computer for 9 years managing the construction of facilities in Houston, Scotland, and The Netherlands. He then became VP of Facilities for The YMCA of Greater Houston where he managed the addition of several YMCA’s and the maintenance of all 34 branches. Richard then spent 3 years at Marcus and Millichap before moving to Cedarwood Development where he helped CVS establish a presence in SE Texas and Stripes Convenience Stores expand to the Houston area.

Richard’s primary role at Suntech will to be to add another dimension to an excellent company. Recognizing that Suntech has been providing world class construction services to a wide variety of clients, Richard will work with those clients that may require assistance in locating and purchasing site to continue their growth. Additionally, as those clients make decisions to dispose of their properties, Richard will work with them to locate investors interested in acquiring well built, well operated businesses to add to their portfolios.

Richard has a BS from The University of Texas and MS from University of Illinois. He served in The Corps of Engineers in a variety of positions including Bonneville Powerhouse Construction, Mt. St. Helen’s Eruption Cleanup, and teaching Engineering at West Point. He was also an active member of Rotary International for over 20 years serving as Club President and Assistant Governor for 3 years. He is a licensed salesperson in Texas.


Brad Larson – Vice President

BradBrad has been actively involved in commercial real estate brokerage since 2006. Prior to joining the Suntech team, Brad spent 7 years with Partners National Real Estate Group. While at Partners National, Brad and his team represented large companies in real estate transactions in the U.S. and Canada. Brad has represented such notable companies as UPS, Sears, USA Truck, Kinder Morgan, and The Coast Distribution System and has completed real estate transactions with a cumulative total well in excess of one million square feet.

Brad graduated with a degree in Agricultural Economics – Real Estate and Finance Option from Texas A&M University and University of Southern California, Executive Education, Supply Chain Management Course, 2014. He is a licensed broker in both Texas and Oklahoma.
